Office Assistant

Seeking an organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help with the day-to-day running of boutique luxury travel Public Relations agency - located in a busy home office. Applicant must be proficient in English (writen and speaking), have a keen eye for detail and boast exceptional organisational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Reporting and Correspondence**: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and detailed press reports
- **Proofreading**: Meticulously review and edit documents, press releases, and promotional materials to maintain accuracy and uphold the agency's high standards of quality.
- **Press Release Formatting**: Skillfully format press releases and other PR materials for distribution to media outlets, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Database Updating**: Maintain and update client databases, media contacts, and other relevant records with attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Occasional Copywriting**: Assist in drafting compelling copy for general use
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy home office environment.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay: From £21,000.00 per year
