Administrative/retail Assistant

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 9am-4:30pm & Friday 9am-4pm.
**Duties**:
- Answer phone calls and transferring to the appropriate staff member
- General office administration including filing, taking messages, assisting managers
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic maths and English skills
- Proficient in data entry and computerized systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
