We are currently looking for : HR & HSE Administror, the role will be varied and cover all aspects of administration for the HR & HSE departments.
- Provide admin support to the HR and HSE Leads along with general administration sup-port to the Group when required.
- To create documents within the company standards and legislative guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records for HR and HSE including personnel records, training records, licences, security clearances, Right to Work records etc.
- Undertaking weekly, monthly and yearly inspections of equipment as guided by HSE Lead.
- Maintaining accurate records of sickness and absence for HR and Payroll.
- Production of reports, power point presentations, policy documents, toolbox talk etc. as required.
- Diary management for HR and HSE Lead in respect to interviews, appointments, training courses etc.
- Must be strong administrator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative
- Excellent prioritisation skills and proven track record of multi-tasking and working to deadlines
- Excellent diary and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Able to adhere to business processes
- Confidentiality is a must
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to be adaptable for the needs of the business
- Must be confident using the telephone and communicating with a range of organisations
- Able to respond to requests in the absence of either the HR or HSE Lead.
Part time 30 hours
