**Job Purpose**
Working as part of a team of 3 HR Professionals, this role plays a pivotal part of the efficiency of the rest of the department. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration within HR. Maintain the integrity of data held within the HR Database, with regular reviews and cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete and consistent, ensuring at all times our information is compliant.
M**ain duties and responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for the HR department to assist employees or direct their queries to the relevant person.
- Administration for the entire employee life cycle, from right to work checks, issuing contracts to probationary review process, contractual changes, through to supporting leavers.
- Assist with payroll processing by producing relevant employee information on time and attendance data and anomalies (e.g. absence, holiday etc.)
- Ensure any data is GDPR compliant
- Assist with employee relations administration for absence reporting and return to work documentation, disciplinary, performance management, note taking etc.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records to ensure audit trail for completeness in our TMS and HR Systems
- Administration of agency timesheets and produce weekly usage figures
- Escalating any process issues where necessary
- To undertake any other duties as requested by your manager to meet the needs of the business.

- The postholder will be required to encompass the use of IT as appropriate to his/her level of responsibility

- Undertake Company training initiatives as appropriate
- Take part in the Company appraisal process
- Carry out other such duties as such may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post
- Adhere to all health and safety, hygiene and fire regulations and procedures within the Company.
- Ensure the relevant food legality, safety, quality and authenticity policies, procedures and checks are conducted according to the company requirements.
This job description reflects the principal accountabilities of the post and identifies the level of responsibility at which the postholder will be required to work. In the interests of effective working, the major tasks may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changing needs and circumstances. Such reviews and any consequential changes will be carried out after consultation with the postholder
**Person Specification**
- Strong administration skills, with high focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive approach in dealing with internal and external customer requests
- Experienced in Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills eg. V Look ups and Pivot tables
- Confident working on their own and as part of a team
- Follows tasks through to completion
- Resilient
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of the business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle confidential information, exercising discretion
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adaptable to changing demands within the business
- Previous administrative experience is essential, (HR experience is an advantage but not essential)
