**HR & Recruitment Advisor**

Our client is currently looking for a true generalist HR Advisor, who will be able to get involved in a huge range of activities within their fast paced and growing HR team.

They are currently implementing a new HR software system. As part of the implementation team you will get fully involved in all aspects of the implantation from setting up user accounts, data entry, workflow design, and training new users.

In this role you will responsible for providing support in their employee lifecycle processes, that are effective to the organisation, including:

- Guidance to Line Managers and employees in any queries
- HR Software system implementation
- You’ll support to drive continuous improvement - constantly looking for opportunities and better ways of doing things.

As well as this, you’ll be supporting the HR Team and also getting involved with undertaking any projects required as requested by the Chief People Officer/HR Manager

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**

In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following:

- Previous HR/recruitment experience
- Microsoft Office to expert level
- An enthusiasm for learning especially software systems
- Experience of working within an administration environment
- The ability to think on your feet and manage changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
