My client, a leading provider in custom software for employers is actively looking for experienced Lead Generators looking to join an established company with opportunities for progression and development. With a proven track record in Lead Gen, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls and qualifying before passing through to the sales team to close.

We are looking for someone who is committed and ready to hit the ground running, ready to earn and develop their skills This is a role that gives you the ability to expand your experience and hone on your closing skills, full training is provided and opportunities to grow

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics.
- Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sale journey.
- Working as anally to your peers whilst working collaboratively with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
- Leading from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
- Work with autonomy to structure your day so that performance is optimised.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of sales experience or industry experience
- Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working toward targets.
- Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature.
- A professional and intelligent approach to work.
- Ambitious with the determination to succeed.

This is a full-time permanent role Mon - Fri shifts vary between the hours of 08:00 & 20:00 (40 hour week) and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
