We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's team of financial advisors. You’ll be joining a firm that will strive to support you and help you achieve your goals and ambitions. Our client expects you to work hard but we’ll ensure you have fun along the way.

This is the perfect role for a someone with a contact centre/ sales background, who is looking to progress their career in a fulfilling role.

**What would your typical day involve?**

Every day is different as a Lead Generator,, but typically you can expect to:

- Qualify prospects with a view to ensuring broad suitability of solutions
- Develop understanding of customer needs and desired outcomes and match to appropriate solutions
- Work within a script, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained
- Hand over qualified prospects to the Business Development Team to complete the customer journey
- Handle high volumes of calls, adapting your approach to suit the caller and their needs
- Liaise with multiple teams across business, building your internal relationships
- Listen actively and use your objection handling skills where necessary to ensure solution value
- Keep your admin up to date and connect with your team leaders and managers

**What do we need from you?**

As a Lead Generator, we need you to have:

- Experience of working in an outbound telesales role
- Excellent communication and listening skills, being able to demonstrate empathy and build positive relationships.
- A desire to be part of something bigger and make a real difference to our customer’s lives
- A motivation to learn and constantly grow
