Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Be efficient in Excel and take on board the companies systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems such as Excel
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with office procedures and data entry processes
