Admissions Coordinator

We are recruiting for an office based role in Central Brighton, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm. This is a permanent opportunity paying £22.5K per annum. This position will require you to start as soon as possible so we are ideally looking to speak to people who are either available immediately or have only 1-2 weeks notice.
To be successful you must have experience within administration, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. You must also be willing to learn and have a dedicated work ethic. If you have good multitasking and coordination skills then continue reading to hear more
Duties will include:
- Managing, responding and following up on WhatsApp and online chat enquires
- Processing enrolments and changes to tuition, transfers, accommodation, and insurance
- Issuing and amending invoices and refunds
- Liaising with the Marketing Department, Sales Department and Head Office as required
- Assisting with enquiries and bookings
- Keeping the senior management team informed of all important matters
