**About The Role**:
There is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in our North Tees and Hartlepool units.

This role will initially be over 2 sites, the University Hospital of North Tees and the recently refurbished department at the University Hospital of Hartlepool and will expand to cover the new CDC once open.

The unit operates 7 days per week 12hrs per day with a varied case mix. Flexibility is required as you will be working as part of a small dynamic team and participate in the on-call rota is essential.

**Skills And Experience**:
The role involves a wide range of Administrative duties including processing patient referrals, contacting patients and booking appointments, liaising with radiologists and referrers along with billing and general office duties.

The ability to multitask and work independently is advantageous.

The hours of work are 40 per week and may include some weekends.
- deal with client queries and assist the Clinical Team
- book patient appointments in line with standard guidelines.
- liaise with the clinical team to discuss the individual requirements of the patients and perform bookings accordingly.
- This job requires good communication skills for booking, and arranging day lists for the team on a daily basis.
- the working hours will be flexible and over 7 days a week.
- good IT and administration skills and the ability to understand and comply with safety protocols.
- a flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
