Fleet Administrator

Do you want to be part of a small team within the Fleet Department of Carlson Vehicle Transfer (a GROUPE CAT Company). We are seeking an additional Administrator to join our expanding workforce supporting the Fleet / Workshop team by coordinating all aspects of vehicle and fleet performance.
Duties will include
- Vehicle compliance. Monitoring the HGV Maintenance Planner to ensure dates and auxiliary equipment examinations are completed in a timely manner and documents have been received.
- Booking services and scheduling
- Communicating with Drivers regarding daily defects.
- Communicating with fleet service centres and repair agents
- Booking and scheduling LOLER certification whilst keeping and maintaining records
- Reporting and updating TPMS, organising supplier tyre company responses
- Providing Fleet Manager with reports for defect reporting receipts on a weekly basis
- Raising workshop invoices
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- Assisting with yard duties/car delivery movements to include organising to yard vehicles, checking vehicles in / out and load pulling
- Entries onto the company Fleet Management System
- Reporting internal workshop hours
- Dealing with Fleet administration matters such as licence checks, fuel cards, Business and Driver fines and sense checking all weekly reports.
- Documentary management
- Working within a team environment helping and providing information and support to other members.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to plan / prioritise own workload
- Good excel skills
- The ability to resolve queries with an excellent attention to detail
- Experienced with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Clean driving licence
- Transport manager CPC qualification an advantage
