**Role Overview**:
Our client response team is a critical first customer support team for the business you will be required to perform a number of administrative tasks to support our clients. They must possess excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be a team player. In addition to key stakeholders within the business, they will also work closely with Business Development and Ops based teams.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the Operations team
- Help with the onboarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this
- Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop open and effective communication with each client
- Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all clients
- Recognise, exemplify and adhere to Medservs values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum of two years office based experience, ideally in a similar client account role
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge a distinct advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g.Salesforce)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct
- Must be a team player
