Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Sales Support lead with implementing Sales and Marketing Strategy, sales policies, procedures and processes in an effective and timely manner.
- Conduct market research and provide comprehensive competitor reports to Sales support lead to assist in finding opportunities and trends which can be designed and implemented to benefit and improve the effectiveness of processes across Gleeson sales teams.
- Assist and support the coordination of show homes, sales centre set ups and site signage to ensure that onsite regional sales teams have high quality presentation in order to achieve a 5* customer experience.
- Conduct onsite sales audits as requested from Sales support lead, to provide additional support to the regional sales teams.
- Review and monitor sales data such as sales conversation rates, weekly cancellation rates and general performance of sales against agreed KPIs and report themes/trends to the Sales support lead along with recommendations for improvements where required.
- Coordinate and assist with agreed weekly and monthly reporting required from the central Sales sup-port team to the relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Sales Support lead and Sales & Product Trainer to assist with coordinating sales training schedules and materials for training sessions.
- Assist Sales support lead with sales extras, upgrades and new product ranges
- Maintain strong working relationships with external partners and liaise with them on given projects, work areas in assistance with the Sales support lead.
- Support the Sales support lead with the coordination of onsite sales uniforms.
- Assist and support the Sales support lead with the coordination and development of Sales policies procedures and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Assist the Sales support lead with all general coordination and administrative work to assist regional sales teams with strongly executing a powerful Sales & Marketing strategy.
- A strong analytical mind set
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Computer literacy especially In Microsoft excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within a sales environment
- Good knowledge of the construction industry
- An innovative individual who can envision better ways of accomplishing tasks as well as drive new initiatives.
