- Significant experience within the recruitment sector, extra bonus if it is in a niche market

You will receive ongoing support and coaching throughout your probation period whilst you learn the market and embed yourself into your new role.

The interview process will consist of CV screening, initial phone chat followed by a first and second stage face to face interviews with key people in our team.

To be successful in this role you may have experience in Account Management, Recruitment, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Branch Manager, Talent Acquisition, Business Development
