Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Management: Lead the end-to-end process of product development from concept to market. Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product lines meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the menswear and streetwear markets. Develop and implement strategies to capitalise on these insights, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Brand Collaboration & Licensing: Identify and negotiate collaborations with designers, influencers, and brands to enhance product offerings and brand visibility. Oversee licensing agreements to extend the brand’s reach and market penetration.
- Pricing & Inventory Management: Set pricing strategies that align with market positioning and profitability goals. Manage inventory levels to optimise stock turnover and minimise excess inventory.
- Sales & Distribution: Work with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Expand distribution channels to increase product availability and customer reach, including online and retail partnerships.
- Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that highlight product USPs, drive brand engagement, and stimulate sales. Oversee product launches and promotional activities to maximise impact.
- Customer Insights & Feedback: Incorporate customer feedback and insights into product development and improvement. Stay connected with the customer base through various channels to understand evolving preferences and needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in fashion product management, preferably in menswear and streetwear categories.
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail landscape, consumer behaviour, and current trends.
- Proven track record of developing successful product strategies and managing product life cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and working across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month
