**Personal Assistant**

**Fully Remote**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide organisational and administrative support to our Director of Commercial Operations and Director of Commercial Strategy, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external interactions.

This role would suit someone who has strong administrative experience with a high level of organisational skills, who enjoys communicating and working cross functionally.

**What will you be doing?**
- Scheduling & managing group meetings including team, offsite and functional meetings
- Ensure correct attendees are available (wherever possible) and invited to meetings, managing availability conflicts to ensure maximum attendance
- Ensure required meeting prep/decks are available in good time and meeting rooms/refreshments are correctly booked, taking account of allergens and dietary needs
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team, as appropriate and as priorities permit
- Schedule/manage travel and hotel arrangements (including flights, train, hotels, visas etc)
- Manage payment of invoices, including raising and submitting Purchase Orders
- Action management and follow up - chasing responses, trigger follow up, contacting teams & customers
- Work collaboratively with other PA’s, sharing best practice and support i.e. venue details etc. and provide cover for other PAs, as needed e.g holiday cover

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a PA/ Administrative role
- Experience managing and co-ordinating multiple diaries and conflicting priorities
- Previous experience and ability to use all MS packages including MS Teams
- Great time management skills with the ability to be flexible, agile and multi task
- Ability to re-prioritise and respond to short notice reque4stes/ emergencies as they arise, proactively using own initiative to solve issues
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills
