Our client, a renowned and reputable organisation, is searching for a vibrant and organised Personal Assistant to join their team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team to ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be someone who excels at juggling multiple priorities, has exceptional organisational skills, and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you're enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges, this could be the role for you
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the executive team's diaries, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Prepare and draught documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
Coordinate events and conferences, including logistics and arrangements.
Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
