- Job DescriptionAs an **Internal Sales Person **at our Ashford branch, you’ll be an integral part of our local team. Your primary focus will be **proactive calling **to existing and potential customers. You’ll engage with contractors, builders, and industry professionals, promoting our high-quality civils and drainage products. Your goal? To drive sales, build lasting relationships, and contribute to our continued success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Proactively Reach Out**: You’ll make outbound calls to our customer base, introducing new products, discussing promotions, and identifying opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong relationships with customers. Listen to their needs, offer solutions, and provide outstanding service.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs. Your success directly impacts our growth.
