Retail Sales Representative

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Sales Consultant to join our team at The Sales Recruitment Network. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and building strong relationships to drive sales.
The role offers a competitive salary of £24-30K (DOE) plus uncapped personal commission on all sales, resulting in a realistic OTE of £50-70K. The position is full-time on a rota basis across 5 days a week, including weekends.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business
- Work effectively in a team environment to drive sales growth
