**Position Overview**:
As an Administrative Personnel, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. You will have the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, creating a flexible and dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain documents, reports, and databases, primarily using Excel and other administrative tools.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Assist in organizing meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources.
- Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the construction industry or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in both office and remote settings.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 4 years (preferred)
