We are seeking an experienced part time Book Keeper with experience in performing accurate simple accounting, invoicing, credit control and stock control duties.

This role is office based in BL1, with a specific requirement to man the office with days and hours to be agreed upon at the Interview stage.

There is a possibility of converting to a full time position based on performance. We are looking for someone with a positive 'can-do' attitude to support us on an exciting journey.

Has experience of invoicing, credit control, stock control, VAT returns and other general financial office duties.

Can establish excellent customer and colleague relationships and provide a high standard of service to customers and colleagues in accordance with company policy.
- Can satisfactorily deal with orders, product enquiries, queries or complaints.
- Will ensure that all records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Will ideally have some business to business customer service experience.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.80-£10.90 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
