Suicide Bereavement Administration Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Use Trauma Informed, Person centered style of communication when speaking with individuals who have been bereaved through suicide.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Support the Suicide Bereavement Liasion Officer in monitoring and evaluating the service,
- Data entry into various computerized systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in using office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Experieince of working within mental health services/third sector.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Phone etiquette skills are essential for this role including counselling skills.
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
