**Delegate Sales Team Leader - Life Sciences Events - US Events**

**£32,000 - £37,000 per annum + commission**

**Fully Remote - 1.30pm to 10pm UK time**

Media Search are currently on the lookout for a Delegate Sales Team Leader, for our client, an organisation dedicated to advancing innovation and collaboration within the life sciences sector, who is committed to empowering professionals to expedite research and achieve meaningful outcomes. The focus involves orchestrating cutting-edge events, offering industry insights, and providing educational resources.

Role Responsibilities:
Audience & Sales Assistant (US Events) responsibilities:

- Researching potential US event attendees and identifying contacts
- Pitching and upgrading delegates to our advanced access platform
- Approving leads from the database and updating where necessary
- Building network using social media and referrals

Plus:

- Independently creating and implementing US campaign strategy plans. Liasing with HOD/Senior Director on strategies and progress
- Overall US campaign management responsibility across your team. Implementing new processes, monitoring delivery and performance of team against set KPIs
- Represent the US Delegate Sales team in project meetings with other departments
- Responsible for generating revenue from PLUS Pass sales for own and teams US sales campaigns
- Responsible for people management across your US campaign portfolio. Hosting weekly one to one meetings with team members, recruitment, delivering training, providing feedback
- You may be required to attend events from time to time, to meet with attendees and assist with event management

More about the role:

- Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (skills & experience dependent) + commission. To compensate for the unsociable hours, you would also receive time & a half pay for hours worked from 5pm to 10pm.
- Location: Remote. In office for the first 2/3 weeks for intensive onboarding/training
- Job Type: Full time (37.5 hours a week). Monday to Friday. Working hours in line with Boston, MA time. This is currently 1.30pm to 10pm UK time (with a 1 hour dinner break) - working hours will differ slightly when the clocks change in America.
