**Senior Delegate Sales Assistant
- US Events - Life Sciences**

**£23,000 - £31,000 per annum + commission**

**Fully remote, 1.30pm to 10pm UK time (time & a half pay for hours worked from 5pm-10pm)**

Media Search are currently on the lookout for a Delegate Sales Assistant, for our client, an organisation dedicated to advancing innovation and collaboration within the life sciences sector, who is committed to empowering professionals to expedite research and achieve meaningful outcomes. The focus involves orchestrating cutting-edge events, offering industry insights, and providing educational resources.

Role Responsibilities:

- Researching potential US event attendees and identifying contacts
- Assisting the US Campaign Manager to develop and implement the US campaign strategy
- Pitching and upgrading delegates to advanced access platform
- Approving leads from the database and updating where necessary
- Building network using social media and referrals
- Regular strategy meetings to discuss US campaign progress
- You may be required to attend events from time to time, to meet with attendees and assist with event management

We are looking for someone with:

- Excellent communication skills. Confident on the phone.
- Strong time management & organisation skills. Experience of working to KPIs/targets preferable.
- Driven, proactive, self-sufficient.
- A desire to learn fast and hit challenges head on

More about the role:

- Salary: £23,000 - £31,000 per annum (skills & experience dependent) + commission. To compensate for the unsociable hours, you would also receive time & a half pay for hours worked from 5pm to 10pm.
- Location: Remote. Ideally in office for the first 2/3 weeks for intensive onboarding/training (although it may be possible to do this virtually if required).
- Job Type: Full time (37.5 hours a week). Monday to Friday. Working hours in line with Boston, MA time. This is currently 1.30pm to 10pm UK time (with a 1 hour dinner break) - working hours will differ slightly when the clocks change in America.
