Assuming full accountability for your department, you will possess a commercial mindset and excel in driving sales by inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results. Your contributions will be pivotal to the overall success of the branch.
Essential Qualifications:
You will lead and mentor your Partners to reach their highest potential. Your enthusiasm for sales will empower you to nurture and coach your team while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your strong leadership and communication abilities will be essential, especially when you occasionally step into the role of Duty Manager or Deputy Head of Branch.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Management experience in retail or frontline customer service.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Experience in project management.
