You will be able to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of our people by providing skilled and professional support and guidance. Working alongside a team of health professionals, and reporting to the Senior Occupational Health Adviser, you will help deliver a full occupational health service to promote and maintain good health and wellbeing. - Review of OH technician biometrics
- Health Surveillance
- Case management including Sickness Absence Management
- Fitness for Work assessments
- Return to work assessments
- Travel Health
- Promote workplace wellbeing including presentations
- Support employees, managers and HR with health advice

- **What we are looking for**:

- Registered Nurse with current NMC accreditation.
- Occupational Health and/or Community Nurse experience
- Someone who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in Wellbeing
- Team player who is looking to expand their Occupational Health experience
- Team player who enjoys sharing their knowledge
- Someone who enjoys using their own initiative
- Ability to deliver sound clinical advice remotely
- Good communication skills
- It would be good if you had:_
- Knowledge of current employment law and health and safety legislation
- Knowledge of health surveillance
- Knowledge of online OH systems
- Experience of clinical governance and policy development-
