Communication & Information Systems (CIS) Lead

Based mainly in our Hull office with travel to the East Riding offices as needed. (Travel expenses paid).

Hours: 37 hours per week.

**Salary**: £31,024 per annum, pro rata, payable monthly.

We need someone motivated by our aims and dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business support systems.

This post is responsible for all the delivery of CIS for Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding (CAHER) and will manage all aspects of CIS across the organisation. Working with the Head of Specialist Services, the post holder will ensure that CAHER is compliant with CIS capability, legal compliance regarding GDPR and information security, audit requirements and compliance across all CAHER areas and projects.

Working with the Head of Specialist Services and the management team the post holder will ensure that CAHER’s CIS facilities including Fixed and Mobile Telephony and Data support the organisation being effective, efficient and interactive. To facilitate the delivery of a high standard of client service and meet our obligations under legislation.
