We are seeking a clinical psychologist or psychological therapist to join our ClinPsyD programme team to lead the development and implementation of Association of Family Therapy (AFT) secondary accreditation within the ClinPsyD programme. This is in line with one of the priorities set out by Health Education England (HEE) for 2023 to 2026 and beyond with regard to programmes benchmarking their systemic family therapy provision against AFT accreditation criteria, leading to secondary accreditation within the existing ClinPsyD programmes.

You will join a forward thinking and enthusiastic ClinPsyD team involved in the delivery of first-class professional training for postgraduate clinical psychology trainees. The successful applicant will be a valued member of our programme team, working closely with the academic, clinical and research coordinators, the programme director and other members of the clinical psychology programme team.

The successful applicant will be based in the School of Psychology and Social Work, which is a vibrant and interdisciplinary School delivering high quality teaching and research in Psychology, Social Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Clinical Psychology, within the Faculty of Health Sciences. The Faculty of Health Sciences comprises five schools: School of Nursing and Midwifery, School of Psychology and Social Work, School of Sports, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences, School of Paramedical, Peri-Operative and Advanced Practice and the Hull York Medical School which includes the Centre for Biomedicine.
