**What you'll be doing**:

- Scientific and Business Leadership of Ecotoxicology Team
- Scientific Ambassador (internally and externally)
- Accountable for business planning process and achieving agreed targets
- Management of all teams across the business responsible for (Terrestrial, Pollinators Aquatic)
- Act as TFM for Ecotoxicology Studies
- Act as mentor for developing other members of the team
- Accurate revenue and resource forecasting
- Manage and develop relationship with Key Accounts
- Work with business development, marketing and client services by offering technical support, to ensure pipeline and committed work base remains buoyant and the business continues to grow
- Ensure succession and staff development plans are maintained and fulfilled

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 10 years’ experience of running an operation in a scientific services area and or / regulatory environment
- Strong technical knowledge within the industry
- Experience of working to GLP, preferably at TFM level
- Experience of working at client interface
- Driven, confident and focused
- Team player familiar with working in technical environment
- Track record of achieving targets
- Experience of working with financial reports and statistics
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Ability to foster business leads
- Typically, a minimum ten years’ operational / technical experience, ideally in the international chemical regulatory arena
- Proven track record of exemplary client service
- Knowledge and experience in GLP environment
