Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Beals Sales Team in Waterlooville. This is a 5 day working week with alternate Saturdays. The salary on offer is from £18,000 per annum plus commission depending on experience.

Let's talk about the role.

To deal with all aspects of all sales generation and to provide a high level of salesmanship and customer service whilst growing the business and improving the team.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers
- Negotiating
- Gross selling
- Selling financial services
- Gross selling
- Understanding targets and how to achieve them
- Driving licence essential
