Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our client's sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most appropriate product.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities, and work with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their buying strategies, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Sales and Negotiation: Agree prices and payment methods with customers, work within company guidelines, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, features, and benefits, and provide expert advice to customers.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, place orders, update customer records, and schedule complementary services.
  6. Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to check their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
