The HR + Payroll team are looking for a HR & Payroll Services Advisor to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis. You will support and be the first point of contact for our Metropolitan Police clients with any queries they have relating to HR & Payroll and provide them with the guidance and support they need.

This role is based in the Newcastle office, where you will work Monday & Tuesday from the office, and the rest of the week from home.

**What you will be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for Metropolitan Police queries, relating HR & Payroll.
- Provide a great service, and complete each query to a great standard.
- Answer incoming queries in an efficient manner.
- Log queries, handle those within own remit according to a defined SLA or escalate if need be.
- Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete and current.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Great customer service skills
- Good level of numerical and written skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**It would be great if you had**:

- A basic level of knowledge relating to HR issues would also be beneficial, along with a strong desire and enthusiasm to commence a career in HR.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or HR admin role is desirable, but not essential.
