We are seeking administrative support for the Sales and Delivery Teams working on solar and battery projects for industrial clients.

The role requires a confident and multiskilled person who will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and coordinate support across the business unit.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Liaising with contractors where needed
- Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance
- Attend public consultations where necessary
- Scheduling appointments for internal and external meetings
- Keeping track of pipeline and communications with customers using Salesforce
- Ensuring invoices are raised in line with contractual agreements
- Create, raise and track purchase orders
- Option to attend exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
- Build and maintain good relationships with partners, clients, suppliers and your team
- Build on existing client relationships to maximise new business opportunities
- Organise site welfare facilities, ordering of equipment, working alongside the project manager
- Compiling tender documents for projects
- Maintain consistent document control across projects
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly internal training sessions
- Attending occasional site visits and site meetings
- Liaising with the construction team over day to day activities, helping track project and ensuring clients are kept informed of progress
- Booking vehicles and accommodation on an ad hoc basis
- General administration tasks as and when required
- Facilitate regular content and updates of company website and social media platforms
- Assist with the development of social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

**Key Skills**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise own workload
- Be able to multi-task
- Hardworking, flexible and reliable with good attention to detail
- Adaptable and work well under pressure
- Customer focused with excellent customer service skill and relationship management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
