Are you organised, good at juggling several projects at once, keen to develop your knowledge and to work on projects that make a real difference to our communities?

This post will support our work to tackle inequalities, deliver housing goals and encourage economic growth.

In this post you will:

  • Carry out research and produce reports to help inform decision making
  • Monitor the delivery of our funded projects to allow us to report outcomes to the funders
  • Help develop and update action plans to ensure we are delivering the priorities set out in our Housing and Economic strategies
  • Get involved with or steer projects such as those connected with our new City status

We will offer you lots of support and learning and the chance to get involved in a wide variety of exciting work.

You will be:

  • Educated to A ‘Level or equivalent standard
  • Be good at working with others and communicating clearly
  • Be experienced at managing different work at the same time and prioritising
  • Have some knowledge of issues about inequalities, housing and economic development

 

This is a part-time role working 22.2 hours per week for 1 year (Maternity leave cover)

We support hybrid working from our Colchester office and/or home.
