**Opportunity**

We seek a committed team member with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude who is comfortable embracing change and being part of a successful financial planning business looking to double in size in the next 5 years.

**About the role**

Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients.
- Utilise client data for illustrations
- Process new business
- Prepare letters of authority for client policy information
- Answer calls and deal with clients and third-party queries
- Produce quotations
- Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines
- Regularly communicate and update clients
- Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client meetings and ensure the relevant paperwork is prepared.
- Update the CRM system
- Ensure that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements

**Essential criteria**
- Experience working in financial services
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of investment platforms
- **Unrestricted rights to work in the UK**

**Desirable criteria**
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office
- Diploma in Financial Planning, or working towards achieving this
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and organise

**Salary & Benefits**
- Basic salary: £25000 to £35000
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus birthday day off and Christmas/New Year period.
- After 5 years holiday increases incrementally to 30 days over 5 years.
- Auto-enrolment Pension
- Private Medical Insurance and Death in Service after 12 months of service
- Staff bonus scheme - up to 20% of salary
- Study and exam support

**Additional information**

The role is office based, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week after the initial probation.

We provide study and exam support and the opportunity to contribute to working parties for internal development and team cohesion. There is also the opportunity to volunteer to help the community/team social events.
