Client Services Administrator

Our business provides financial planning advice to a range of clients across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb organisational abilities and a proven track record of customer satisfaction, to expand on our highly successful team. We are comfortably situated in a dedicated building within the Shrewsbury Business Park, with easy access to neighboring communities.

General office administration duties include client liaison, document preparation, maintaining our CRM system and diary management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and a competency, combined with practical knowledge, of various IT systems, are critical components to this position. The core responsibility of this position will be the daily monitoring and process resolution of client accounts.
