**Key Tasks**:
- Adding new clients and their property portfolios to the databases.
- Entering new leases and rent reviews on to the system on a timely basis, together with setting up new tenants, properties and units where this is required.
- Ensuring the correct transaction type and VAT code are entered for all new leases and the debtor maintenance fields are correctly completed.
- Generating back rent demands as appropriate following rent reviews and raising the monthly rent demands via the ‘Charge Raising’ process.
- Surrendering leases as required and ensuring any rent post cessation is adjusted for.
- Ensuring all required data is inputted accurately.
- Producing reports from the databases.
- Keeping the InTapp time recording system up to date for the Client Accounts department
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Client Accounting including maintenance of the bank account register, ensuring compliance with the RICS rules, opening and closing bank accounts, and providing administration support to other members of the team on an ad-hoc basis.
