We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Associate to cover a 14-month maternity leave contract in our Telford office. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for various financial activities, including transactional accounts management, credit control, and other miscellaneous tasks to support the efficient running of the department.

About the Role:
  • Manage financial transactions, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control.
  • Process invoices, match delivery notes, and data entry of customer self-bills to Excel.
  • Reconcile supplier remits to self-bill on Excel and review accounts payable emails and print off invoices.
  • Provide holiday cover across the department and undertake ad hoc duties required by the Finance Manager to provide cover in other aspects of accounts.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will require previous experience working in an accounts department and immediate availability to start. We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £24,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
