Global Events & publishing company is looking for a motivated and creative marketing assistant to help promote and manage a portfolio of extremely successful magazines, international exhibitions and global conferences.
- Ensure all event website information is kept up to date
- Checking website SEO and Google titles are up to date
- Liaising with our social media editor to promote the events

**Person Specification**:

- Keen interest and passion for marketing
- Basic knowledge in HTML, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
- Flair for design and creativity
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Good technical knowledge of marketing techniques
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- A marketing Graduate will be suitable for the role or somebody with a couple of years’ experience looking for progression

**Additional Information**:

- Based in Dorking, Surrey/hybrid (flexible hours from home/office)
- Salary £25,000
- Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5pm
- Temp to perm contract starting as soon as possible
- Free onsite parking
- Casual attire in office/dog friendly office
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
