Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of trade exhibitions and magazines. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote the exhibitions across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are developed and distributed effectively on time and on budget.
Develop relationships with internal partners to leverage promotional opportunities within our own publications and external partners to broaden our reach through collaborative marketing and contra deals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Utilise analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Support the sales team with exhibitor promotion, developing materials and creating campaigns.
Work with the data team in the development and maintenance of our marketing databases.
Provide general support to the marketing department as needed.

Content creation: Drafting compelling copy for promotional materials, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns. 
Assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Research and analysis: Conducting market research, analysing data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.
Assist with on-site marketing activities during trade exhibitions, including signage placement, visitor experience, and testimonial gathering.
 
Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.
Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in marketing materials and campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A collaborative approach to work, thriving in a team environment and building strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stay focused under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and high performance.
A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently, driving projects forward without constant supervision.
Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics software and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and platforms.
