Are you a people-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join us as a Receptionist and become a valued member of our ISS Front of House Management Team.

As a Receptionist, you'll serve as a Brand Ambassador for ISS, representing our Head Office and providing a world-class, client-facing Front of House service.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanour, managing visitor inquiries and appointments, and ensuring all Front of House activities are carried out in accordance with our client service standards.

You'll have the opportunity to be proactive in Visitor Management duties, ensuring the smooth flow of visitors and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

As part of our Front of House Management Team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate five star service standards at all times to ensure brand ambassador example is maintained to Clients and FOH colleagues
- Be part of the smooth operation of your assigned client site
- Move client site accordingly due to operational changes
- Ensure that all Client and visitor requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
- Ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met
- Work as part of the front of house team and or in stand alone role maintaining five-star standards
- Lead by example in terms of service and personal presentation at all times
- Provide a professional meet & greet service
- Manage & ensure Visitor signing-in book is filled out correctly

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- GCSE Math and English or equivalent
- Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience
- Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
- High degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Good time management
- Customer service skills
- Technical ability - Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Motivated, committed and flexible
