You’ll be playing an active role in our continued success by ensuring our purchase and sales ledger are kept up to date by processing customer and supplier invoices in a timely manner and performing any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

**The Role**

As an Accounts Administrator you will need to have experience within a similar role and sage to perform the following duties:

- Ensure Customer and supplier invoices are processed on Sage in a timely manner
- Price check supplier invoices and match to a delivery note ensuring all the details are correct
- check supplier statements
- Produce and send customer statements
- Be the first point of contact for accounts enquiries
- Credit control

You must have experience using Sage software in a similar role, but no other formal Accounts qualification is necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
