**Job Title: Residential Support Worker**

**Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire**

**Salary: £22,000 - £27,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of each individual.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure the needs of the children and young people are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the young people's progress and activities.
- Engage in activities that promote personal and social development.
- Be flexible with shift patterns, including sleep-ins as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a related role such as Teaching Assistant, Foster Support, or within a caring setting.
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
