**Job Description**:

What we are we looking for:
- Work closely across UK Distribution leads (Heads of Pensions, Retail and Insurance) to execute our strategic UK DC Sales plan- Involved in strategic planning and execution, and will also be expected to be leading direct sales and relationships to DC Schemes and Master Trusts- Lead relevant relationships with all associated third parties in collaboration with other relevant team members (such as Independent Trustees and Consultants)- Represent Invesco in the press and at relevant industry events in relation to DC- Well versed in the DC market as a whole from investments to regulatory developments and in turn will lead Invesco responses to industry developments and work closely with marketing in developing our DC marketing plan

What you can bring:
- UK Pensions (DC) experience is essential- Sales track record preferred, however, we would consider individuals from a DC Investment Consultancy background- Strong understanding of UK DC market from an investment, operational and regulatory perspective- Good network of contacts and relationships across UK DC scheme and Master Trusts, and associated advisors- Strategic planning and execution track record- Relevant industry qualifications- Strong relationship management skills- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
