The Build to Rent team aims for around 1-2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. The role will be based at our Victoria Head Office, with occasional site visits as required.
- The salary range for this role is set at £47,700 - £69,900.
- This position is a permanent contract.
- Please note, internally this role is known as ‘BTR Operating Platform Configuration Consultant’.

**About the role**

We have a brand new opportunity for a BTR Operating Platform Configuration Consultant to join our growing Built to Rent (BTR) team, here at the John Lewis Partnership.

As the BTR Operating Platform Configuration Consultant, you will support our Build to Rent Operations Team with the administration and configuration of their SaaS Operating Platform (Yardi), providing functional and technical expertise to support system and business process configuration.

In your role, you will support both Head Office and On-Site Partners by assisting with query resolution and case management. You’ll identify continuous improvement opportunities, thereby delivering maximum benefit to the Partnership by increased efficiency and productivity.

**Essential skills you’ll need**
- Previous experience in a Dev Ops role
- Used to cross-functional working
- Experience working with 3rd Party SaaS providers
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**
- Experience of Yardi Operating Platform
- Recent experience of working in an Agile team
- Experience of working with more than one Agile method
- Experience of building out CI backlogs
