**About the job**:** Overview**

Key member of the Business Planning & Administration Team with responsibility for all options and bookings for both Agency & Specialist and Direct client’s campaigns and ensure smooth roll out of all tasks each campaign cycle

Assist with customer support across all formats, ensuring all billposting, scheduling and customer queries are executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with ISO quality standards.

Key emphasis in role on bookings and options across the asset portfolio. Responsible for the management of all Posting Instructions’ and posting reports for all 6 sheet, Bus and billboard formats

Ensuring all damages reported across the asset portfolio are addressed by operations and issues solved in a timely manner reporting back to clients and internal partners. Key weekly, cyclical and monthly reports to be generated and delivered

**In the first few months, you would have**:

- KPI’s are achieved to maximise both team and company performance
- Provides insight into sales team performance via specialist trackers and reports such as Credit/ bonus/ frees
- Engages with all team members and makes his or herself available particularly in times when team members are off.
- Proactively managing responsibilities and contribution to immediate team and relevant other teams
- Uses initiative by making themselves available to their team in busier periods
- Excellent standards of both internal and external communication Full training will be provided to assist with delivering the above

**Responsibilities Of The Role**

The duties outlined below are the key reporting duties required of the Business Planning & Administration Executive, but the role is not restricted to these duties, reporting and responsibilities may be allocated at any time
- Working with both Sales Teams to effectively and effectively option/ book and manage all Outdoor campaigns
- Ensure all campaign options are managed and call in procedures and timelines are adhered to
- Liaise closely with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate information is communicated and aid the smooth flow of all campaigns each sales cycle
- Fielding calls from clients and solving Operational issues
- Ensure posting instructions are sent to the relevant parties each campaign cycle, ensure all posting reports and photos are received in a timely manner and sent to the relevant parties
- Meet all reporting deadlines and ensure accurate information is provided to keep in all areas within your responsibility. Responsible for inventory management on CAS & Fusion, ensuring all site information is accurate and new data added promptly.
