Our clients, a fast growing professional services consultancy support businesses across the UK with commercial advice and business solutions which are tailored to fit their needs with a pragmatic and friendly approach.

**We are now looking for a new business development manager to build the partnership programme focussed in the (London and surrounding) South region.**

About you:

- You will have bags of enthusiasm and energy
- You will have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and influence business
- Plans and strategies, to achieve targets and to achieve growth potential.
- A demonstrable track record of building new business opportunities.
- Some experience selling Health & Safety or Employment Law/ HR services (desirable

Role Overview:

- **To sell the company’s services to agreed targets**
**- Successfully acquire new client partnerships in the southern region**
- Collaborate and work seamlessly with the lead generation and appointment team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and company products and services offered.
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system with all up to date activity.
- Able to influence potential clients by positively presenting the company’s services and exploring cross-selling opportunities.

Able to demonstrate variable communication skills to influence all types of clients from all types of industries.
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines and communicate at all levels within the company.
- The duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive. The postholder may be required to undertake other duties that may be required within the general scope of the post.
- Support the consultants and operations team to ensure a professional onboarding of all new clients to uphold our clients promise of service excellence.

This is a new and exciting role within a established and growing consultancy.
