About Us:
New Face Academy is a newly established consultancy firm dedicated to supporting barber shops across the UK. We provide a comprehensive range of services including business consultancy, management consultancy, financial management consultancy, and training at all levels. Our goal is to assist barber shops at various stages of their business journey, from startup to operational success, by offering tailored advice and training.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide business consultancy services to barber shops, including startup advice, management consultancy, financial management, and training.
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations across the UK, offering hands-on support and training.
- Maintain regular contact with clients through on-site visits and online meetings to ensure continuous support and relationship building.
- Analyze business operations and financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Deliver training sessions to barber shop staff on various aspects of business management and operations.
- Assist clients with marketing strategies, customer service improvements, and overall business growth.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong background in business consultancy with specific experience in the barber shop industry
- In-depth knowledge of business management principles and practices.
- Proven experience in financial management and consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and adapt to varying client schedules.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Farsi and Kurdish is highly desirable.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (this can be provided)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using online meeting platforms and business software.
