Customer Care Operative

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Operative to join our growing housing business in Preston, Lancashire. You will be working on post completion properties throughout the northwest ensuring all defects are rectified within a professional and timely manner.
- The operative will investigate and complete the rectification of defects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with design standards, specifications, and company procedures
- Maintain / complete accurate and concise records of repairs.
- Attend client handovers
- To assist on various sites when required this will include but not be limited to Loft Insulation works and general Labouring duties as required.
- Carry out inspections where required and record programme of works with the customer care coordinator.
- Inspect and repair (as necessary) retained property assets by the company and to manage any refurbishment programmes that have been decided upon

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
**H&S and Procedural Compliance**
- To ensure work is carried out in compliance with the company Safety Policy, Risk and Method Statements and all relevant legislation
- Ensure best practices are maintained throughout any works
- Maintain site diary

**Customer Focus**
- Allocate/attend to defect repairs efficiently and within targets set by customers
- Manage communication through Customer Care Team

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
Hours -Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30

A full driving license is essential. (Company Van will be provided)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
