Role Overview

As a Deputy Care Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of dedicated professionals, upholding our core values, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, monitor performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and patients/families, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions to optimize service delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in people management within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel between bases.
